☽ My artwork cannot be used commercially in any way, shape or form UNLESS it is a commercial commission. ☾☼ My artwork is not to be put through any AI art generation software or commissioned with the intention of doing so, the same goes for turning my art into NFTs of any kind. ☼☽ All payments must be made through Paypal, Depop or Etsy. I am not responsible for any currency conversion fees that you may need to pay if you are an international (non-Australian) commissioner as all my prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). ☾☼ Before sending money to me, please discuss it with me first and wait until I can confirm it. ☼☽ My commissions operate on a 'first come, first serve' basis. This means that if you are not the first person to fill a slot, I will not be starting on your piece immediately as the commissioners who came before you have higher priority. I will be asking to see proof of age as well before accepting any suggestive/NSFW-ish art pieces so that the commissioner and I aren't able to get into any legal trouble for the distribution of pornographic material to a minor.If you are younger than 18 and you try to commission a mature rated piece (suggestive or NSFW) from me and I discover that you are under 18, you will immediately be blacklisted. ☼☽ A commissioner may not claim my artwork as theirs. To prevent any and all theft, all artwork received will be watermarked with my logo (as seen below). I will never provide an unwatermarked piece, even on request unless it is a commercial artwork such as a logo or advertising material where my watermark would not be appropriate. ☾

☼ I will not start drawing until I receive payment. If you try to convince me to start before payment has been sent, your commission will be cancelled. ☼☽ If at any point during the commissioning process, a refund is requested, I will charge you based on the amount of work I had done before I saw the request. for example, if you commission a flat colour piece but request a refund once I finish the lineart, I will charge you for a no-colour lined piece and refund you the remaining amount. if I request to refund you due to being unable to finish your art, finding out you've gone against my TOS or another reason, a full refund will be given. ☾☼ I will not accept commissions asking me to replicate another's style (ie "Can you draw this character in the style of Disney?"). ☼

Original Character Design Package - $130
although the package involves 2 full bodies which would usually be $80 on its own, the extra fee of 50 dollars comes from the fact that I will be making up to 3 original designs for you and not drawing an already-made character.
This package includes one (1) classic styled flat colour full body, one (1) chibi styled flat colour full body and full customisation on the design of the character with up to 3 sketches of different designs for you to chose from.This package requires lots of communication to work so this package will have a much slower turnaround time. If you are interested in this package, please message me on the platform of your choice!As a free add-on upon request, I can make a ToyHouse page like this one for the character you receive from this package that will be transferred to you once I have received full payment and the commission has been finished.

paymentThere are 3 ways I will accept the full amount. You can either:1: pay in full at the start of the commission once I've started on your piece or package,2: pay me half the amount upfront and the remaining half once I am finished before I send you the final file(s) or3: pay a deposit of at least $5 AUD and pay the remaining amount once I'm finished before I send you the final file(s).Please let me know how and where you will be paying when requesting your commission and I'll provide you with the required link!If you believe there may have been an issue with payment, please let me know as soon as possible so that it can be sorted out!

- AMAB characters (characters that are AFAB or have feminine traits are easiest for me to draw. Usually I'm ok with them though but they're here just in case as some days I struggle)
- Robots (I do have a few of my characters that are robots but they can be qualified as simplified in design. Please ask me about this if you're wanting to get a piece of a robot done and we can discuss it!)things I refuse to draw
- any hate content towards any groups (this includes political views, racism, homophobia, transphobia, nazi imagery, etc)

the processevery single commission I do will include WIPs (work in progress) screenshots at each stage (sketch, lineart, colour) including one of the final product to make sure you're happy with it before I send the final file(s) to you via email. If you would like to request a WIP between stages I'm happy to provide.Before I start drawing, a few things will need to be discussed first including payment (payment info can be accessed via the "Prices 'n' Payment" section), poses, size (full body, 3/4, bust, etc) and colour options (rendered, flat colour, no colour).If you come to me with most of those figured out beforehand, that'll be a massive help on my end as it tells me you're prepared! If you need help figuring out pose ideas though, don't feel ashamed to come to me and ask for help.When I send the sketch, all major changes (ie pose/facial expression change, outfit change, etc) must be made before you confirm the sketch is something you're happy with.If you're looking to stay within a certain budget, feel free to ask me for a quote! quotes are completely free and don't lock you into commissioning me. if i find out you're looking to get a quote to see if you can manipulate myself or another artist into giving you a lower price based on the prices of someone else, you will be blacklisted as that kind of behaviour is not tolerated at all.
